We’d like to share with you one of the AWESOME projects that our Team Works programming is taking on in our community! Last Saturday, the Oh So Dirty 30s helped out with the Magnuson Community Center Sustainable Landscapes Project. The team had the opportunity to weed, mulch, and groom the pant beds- all while having a great time. As an included bonus, the team even finished the irrigation system connections and installed new lines at the Resource Conservation Landscape.

Want to get involved? We LOVE our volunteers! A new Team Works cycle is starting on Wednesday, October 9th. You will have to opportunity to volunteer, meet people, and learn about different nonprofits. Over the course of 4 months, your team will serve a different organization one Saturday out of the month. Don’t miss out– come join the fun: http://www.seattleworks.org/teamworks

Curious about what kind of people join a Team Works team? The answer is everyone, take a look for yourself! Our team descriptions: http://www.seattleworks.org/twteams
